Louisiana Born Rapper Ray Knowledge is back with another certified hit. His latest single “Shoof” is a new and improved version of him and everyone is loving it. “Shoof” means “Look” in Arabic but Ray says, “I use the word more like you would use “sheesh” or “Woah”. The record is just under 3 minutes and contains heavy 808’s and a smooth relaxed flow. Ray is known for his confident delivery and his very genuine rap bars. He has recently added strong melodies to his arsenal and it has taken his sound to the next level.
We spoke with Ray Knowledge and he says that he’s just getting started. As an independent artist, he has managed to amass 1 Million streams (across all platforms) and was chosen as a 2022 Rapzilla Freshman earlier this year. He has hinted to us that he has a lot more in store for this year and he finally has a small team around him to push his music to the highest possible point! Ray has battled through adversity and kept his head high in the midst of chaos, and all those trials and tribulations are paying off in great amounts.
