Drake’s “HABIBTI (FOMO)” Posts Strong Early Numbers With Nearly 9 Million Spotify Streams

Drake is once again making noise on the charts, with his latest HABIBTI (FOMO) deluxe release showing strong early numbers just days after arriving on streaming platforms.

The project, released October 2, 2026, adds four new tracks to the original HABIBTI tracklist following the rollout of Drake’s FOMO short film. The additional songs have already generated millions of streams, while early projections suggest the expanded project could make a significant impact on the Billboard 200.

According to early projections reported by Nora Music, HABIBTI (FOMO) is currently expected to move approximately 65,000 album-equivalent units during its first week. Another report from Hip Hop All Day suggests the project could climb back to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 next week.

The new material is also performing strongly on Spotify. The four tracks reportedly collected a combined 8.96 million streams during their first full day on the platform.

Leading the pack is “Solar Eclipse,” which reportedly pulled in approximately 3.3 million Spotify streams. “Cold Shoulder,” featuring Don Toliver, and “Quebec” each generated around 2.2 million streams, while “Classic Pt. 2” reportedly earned roughly 1.3 million.

The new songs give HABIBTI another boost after Drake used his FOMO short film to introduce fans to additional material. Among the tracks is a Don Toliver collaboration built around an interpolation of Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas.”

Drake’s latest release has naturally sparked plenty of discussion online. While some listeners have continued to criticize the Toronto superstar’s recent output, others have pointed to the early streaming numbers as evidence that his audience remains highly engaged.

The numbers have also fueled comparisons with other major releases arriving around the same time, adding another layer to the ongoing conversation surrounding Drake’s commercial power in 2026.

Still, the figures currently circulating should be viewed as early projections and reported streaming totals, rather than Drake’s final first-week results. Official Billboard numbers will provide the definitive picture once the tracking period is complete.

Regardless of the debate surrounding the music, HABIBTI (FOMO) has already accomplished one thing: it has Drake firmly back in the center of the hip-hop conversation.
