Nobody in the music industry can deny that Perry Moody AKA Mighty Specialist is on his grind and putting in the work to be the next up. He works a regular 9 to 5 by day and raps by night and is prepared to invest it all into his music career. “The drive Perry has and determination is what we like to see in the artists we work with”, says Timothy Strain of Swaggertown Records.
Perry”s dream features would be a track with Tech or Eminem or the late great Notorious B.I.G. Perry always thinks big and acknowledges that anything is possible when you are giving it your all. Perry is an independant artist thats not currently signed to any label but would like to continue working with Swaggertown Records to assist in furthering his music career and extending his reach of followers and views. Perry wants to stay independant but accepts all the support of his family, friends, and fans. His mother has been his biggest supporter throughout his music career, as well as his biggest fan and supporter, his best friend Marc.
Perry creates his own music, lyrics, and concepts. He created his rap/stage name ‘Mighty Specialist” after being inspired by Wu Tang Clan. He continues to be inspired by his favorite rap artists such as Chris Webby, Tech, Migos, Future, and Kendrick Lamar. Perry is currently working on some hit singles as well as his album and has recently released a single called “The Jungle” that can be found on spotify. Perry has more work that he plans to drop this summer by July. Perry dreams to one day after covid restrictions are released to preform in a sold out venue at the famous and notorious stage of Madison Square Garden.
