Joey Badass New “Pardon Me” EP

Joey Badass is making waves in 2025, and it’s clear he’s here to show the world he’s not just another rapper in the game. After seeing how beefs elevated artists like Kendrick Lamar and Drake, Joey is ready to throw his hat in the ring for the top spot this year. It’s only right — after all, he came up during the same golden era of mixtapes on DatPiff as Kendrick and Drake, and his classic 1999 mixtape still resonates with hip-hop heads everywhere. His latest offering, the Pardon Me EP, is a striking mix of fresh tracks and some fire diss bars from previous singles. And trust us — it’s an absolute vibe.

A Track-by-Track Breakdown of Pardon Me

Right off the bat, Joey comes in strong with the title track, Pardon Me. The instrumental is lush and smooth, which gives the track a bit of a laid-back feel. But don’t get it twisted — Joey’s bars are anything but chill. He wastes no time flexing with lines like, “It’s a twenty-v-one man army. N**gas tried to mark us out like Garvey,” and, “Told y’all that I was back now, y’all pardon me. I set the bar high like a f*ckin’ Harley, look.” It’s a powerful declaration of dominance — a reminder that Joey’s not going anywhere.

The EP also features two tracks that have already made waves: Sorry Not Sorry and The Ruler’s Back. These tracks have been dishing out some serious heat, with Joey calling out the West Coast in a way that’s got fans and critics talking. His wordplay is razor-sharp, and the responses are already rolling in from some of the West’s top players. Joey’s definitely got something up his sleeve, and we’re all here for it.

Looking Ahead: What’s Next for Joey Badass?

With the Pardon Me EP, Joey Badass is clearly setting the stage for something even bigger. The bars are fire, the beats are on point, and the energy is contagious. We can’t wait to see what he’s got planned for his upcoming album. If this EP is any indication, we’re in for one heck of a ride.

Joey’s Pardon Me EP shows just how far he’s come since his 1999 days. With a mix of smooth tracks and hard-hitting diss bars, this project proves he’s got something special cooking. We’ll definitely be keeping an ear out for more from him in 2025.
