A Conversation with TJ Valentine, Founder of The Lifted Network

When most people think of cannabis culture, they imagine smoke sessions, creativity, and community — but TJ Valentine, CEO and Founder of The Lifted Network and Cannabis Culture Connection, is taking that culture to new heights — literally. Through his latest initiative, the High Frequency Run Club, Valentine is merging wellness, mindfulness, and movement to redefine what it means to live “lifted.”

We sat down with TJ to learn more about the inspiration behind the run club, how it ties into cannabis culture, and what it means to move on a higher frequency.

Q: TJ, what inspired you to start the High Frequency Run Club?
TJ: The idea came from wanting to merge two things I’m passionate about — wellness and energy. A lot of people in the cannabis community talk about being on a “high frequency,” but I wanted to create something physical that represents that. Movement is medicine. Running, walking, connecting — those are all ways to elevate your mind, body, and spirit. So, I thought, why not make a space where people can experience that energy together?

Q: How does this tie into The Lifted Network and the Cannabis Culture Connection?
TJ: Everything we do at The Lifted Network is about connection — connecting people, ideas, and culture. Cannabis Culture Connection is our way of celebrating the human side of the plant, and the High Frequency Run Club is an extension of that. It’s about showing that cannabis culture is evolving — it’s about health, balance, and community. You can be active, spiritual, and mindful while still embracing the culture.

Q: What makes the High Frequency Run Club different from a typical running group?
TJ: This isn’t just a fitness group — it’s an experience. We run with intention. Each session has music, affirmations, and time for grounding. We set goals before we start and share energy when we finish. It’s not about competition — it’s about vibration. When you move together with positive energy, something powerful happens.

Q: Can anyone join, even if they’re not experienced runners?
TJ: Absolutely. We’re all about inclusion. Whether you walk, jog, or sprint, you’re part of the energy. It’s about showing up. Every pace matters because every frequency contributes to the whole.

Q: What’s your ultimate goal for the Run Club and The Lifted Network as a whole?
TJ: My goal is to make wellness and cannabis culture accessible, positive, and community-driven. I want to break stereotypes. The High Frequency Run Club is just the beginning — we’re building something bigger that connects fitness, music, spirituality, and culture. I want people to feel that lifted energy in every aspect of their lives.

Q: Where can people get involved or learn more?
TJ: You can visit our website, TheLiftedNetwork.com, to see upcoming runs and events. We’ll be expanding to different cities soon, and we welcome anyone who wants to be part of this movement.
