Quavo Reveals He’s A Father Of Two While Opening Up About Fatherhood

Quavo is opening up about a major part of his life that he has largely kept away from the public eye. During a recent interview, the Atlanta rapper revealed that he is the father of two children—a son and a daughter.

The revelation came during a conversation with Yung Miami for Spotify’s Countdown To program, where the former City Girl asked Quavo about the recent speculation surrounding his family life.

Quavo confirmed the rumors directly, explaining that he has both a boy and a girl. The 35-year-old artist described becoming a father as a blessing and said he had been waiting for this chapter of his life.

For Quavo, fatherhood carries a particularly personal meaning. He lost his own father when he was just four years old, and that experience has influenced the kind of parent he wants to be for his children.

The former Migos member emphasized that his biggest priority is being present. He wants to be there for his kids and take on the responsibility of being a father, something he says has forced him to approach life from a different perspective.

“QRÖMELIFE,” Quavo’s new album, also reflects this transition. The rapper explained that both the album and fatherhood challenged him, pushing him into a stage of life where he recognizes the importance of stepping up and becoming more responsible.

Quavo had already publicly revealed that he has a daughter, but his latest comments confirm that his family is larger than many fans previously knew. He has not publicly identified the mothers of his children, and speculation surrounding his personal relationships remains unconfirmed.

The family revelation arrives during an important period in Quavo’s career. He recently released QRÖMELIFE, a project featuring appearances from artists including Yung Miami, Tyler, The Creator, A$AP Rocky, T.I., Future, Justin Timberlake, Lil Baby, and Offset.

Meanwhile, Quavo and Offset are preparing for a potential Migos reunion in honor of Takeoff, adding another major chapter to the group’s complicated history.

With his music career continuing to evolve and fatherhood now becoming a central part of his life, Quavo appears to be entering a new era—one where being present for his children is just as important as what happens in the studio.
