50 Cent and Tia Kemp’s ongoing feud has taken a serious turn, moving from social media insults into the courtroom. After a Florida judge granted a temporary restraining order protecting 50’s 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, Kemp responded online with more shots at the G-Unit mogul, showing that their public dispute is far from settled.
According to reports, the judge’s temporary injunction requires Kemp to stay at least 500 feet away from Sire and prohibits her from contacting him directly or indirectly, including through social media. The order also includes restrictions involving firearms and ammunition. It is scheduled to expire on November 3, when both sides are expected to return to court for a hearing on whether the protections should be extended.
The legal action follows weeks of escalating tension between 50 and Kemp, who shares an adult son, William Roberts III, with Rick Ross. The dispute intensified after 50 publicly commented on reports that William had allegedly been assaulted. Kemp fired back, and the conflict eventually shifted toward comments and posts involving Sire.
In his court filing, 50 accused Kemp of repeatedly targeting his son online, including allegedly making insulting remarks about the teenager’s development and sharing images he considered inappropriate. Those allegations have not all been proven in court, and the temporary injunction should not be mistaken for a final ruling on the broader dispute.
Kemp, meanwhile, has continued to push back publicly. Following news of the judge’s decision, she reportedly used Instagram Stories to insult 50, signaling that the court action has not ended the online back-and-forth. Her response adds another chapter to a feud that has increasingly involved family members rather than just the two adults at its center.
The case also comes amid a separate civil lawsuit in which 50 is seeking at least $6 million in damages over statements he alleges were defamatory. That lawsuit is distinct from the Florida injunction, which focuses on temporary protections for Sire.
For 50, the issue is no longer simply another celebrity feud. He has argued that his son should be shielded from public attacks, while Kemp has rejected his efforts to silence her. The next court hearing will determine whether the temporary restrictions remain in place, but the wider conflict continues to unfold in public.
