Atlanta is about to welcome a bold new chapter in youth development with the Fall 2025 launch of The Tailored Mind Academy™, an educational initiative that merges creative excellence with academic integrity. Founded by visionary stylist and educator Fitzroy Constaintine, the program operates under Art Stars LLC, blending Georgia state educational standards with real-world training in fashion, beauty, music, and entrepreneurship.
More than just a program—it’s a movement. The academy is DECAL-certified and CTAE-aligned, meaning it meets rigorous state requirements while also addressing the artistic and entrepreneurial aspirations of the next generation. With a laser focus on grooming Atlanta’s young tastemakers, the academy equips students with the tools to not just participate in culture, but to shape it.
At the heart of the academy’s programming is Elegant Arts Inc., the styling and runway agency also founded by Constaintine. Students will receive hands-on training in runway presentation, wardrobe styling, etiquette, and creative business planning—skills often overlooked in traditional classrooms. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about confidence, discipline, and career preparation.
“This isn’t just an afterschool program,” Constaintine explains. “We’re building real-world creatives with real-world tools—aligned with the state, but shaped by culture.”

Additionally, Constaintine is working on curating the Fall 2025 season of The Art Verse Showroom, a private fashion showroom that features select pieces from rising designers. Handpicked by Fitzroy himself, the showroom will offer stylists and editors exclusive access to new collections for editorial, event, and runway pulls.
With the academy, ongoing fashion leadership, and his expanding role as a mentor, Constaintine is creating an ecosystem—not just for education, but for empowerment through artistry.
