Palmdale, California’s Rev Boogie

From Palmdale, California, Rev Boogie—also known through his duo identity Twin Choppas—is stepping into the game with a sound rooted in real pain, real struggle, and real survival. Influenced by heavyweights like Lil Wayne and Kendrick Lamar, and inspired closely by his brother Sammy Lowk, his music carries both personal weight and raw ambition.

At his core, Rev Boogie is a storyteller of lived experience. His creative process is simple but effective—he locks into a beat, lets it run, and starts writing straight from instinct. No overthinking, no forced concepts—just truth translated into rhythm. That approach gives his music an unfiltered energy that reflects exactly where he’s been and what he’s still pushing through.

His sound lives in the space between hip hop and rap, but the foundation is always emotion. Pain, struggle, incarceration, loss, and street reality are central themes in his music. Every track becomes a reflection of his journey, often tied directly to real-life events that shaped him. It’s not fiction—it’s documentation.

One of his biggest current focuses is the upcoming Twin Choppas tape, a collaborative project with his brother Sammy Lowk. Together, they are building a duo identity that represents unity, grind, and shared vision. Alongside that, his mixtape “Top Gun” served as his introduction to the game—packed with high-energy records meant to establish presence and prove he belongs in the conversation.

Despite being early in his career, Rev Boogie is already building momentum through his collective, The Usual Suspects, which has helped him grow creatively and expand his reach. That sense of community, combined with his individual drive, is shaping his path forward.

Outside of music, his biggest motivation is fatherhood. Being a dad comes first, and music becomes the space he uses to build a better future. That responsibility fuels his hunger and keeps him focused when he steps into the studio.

His long-term goal is clear: win a Grammy and elevate the people around him. But more than accolades, his message is about survival and possibility—showing others from similar environments that it is possible to make it out if you stay focused and keep pushing.
