Entrepreneur Nikki Jzo Is Turning Hustle Into Infrastructure In The World Of Casting

In an industry fueled by image, entrepreneur Nikki Jzo is building something deeper: a system, a standard, and a sustainable path for talent.

Before she ran one of the most in-demand casting agencies in Atlanta, Nikki was a dancer. That experience wasn’t a stepping stone—it was her foundation. It gave her the ability to spot talent, understand the hustle, and most importantly, gain trust.

“Even when I stopped dancing, the calls didn’t stop,” she says. “People knew I could get the right girls in the room. That’s how it started.”

What began as a small group of four women from her hometown has grown into a full-blown casting operation. Nikki’s team has landed bookings for BETVH121 SavageYung NudyBlack Youngsta, and more. She also played a major role in staffing the King of Diamonds Atlanta relaunch, bringing in over 2,000 professionals after the pandemic.

Her roster isn’t based on popularity—it’s based on hunger. Nikki is known for personally guiding new talent through everything from promo kits to professional photos, helping them get the tools they need to show up ready.

“Drive is everything,” she says. “If someone comes in serious, I’ll get them right.”

The results are clear. At a recent Birthday Bash afterparty branded “Saturday Night Live,” hosted at KOD and powered by her agency Baddie Castings, the venue was packed. Featured artists Big BoogieYK Niece, and the AMG Twins lit up the stage, but Nikki’s team made sure everything behind the scenes ran like clockwork.

What makes Nikki’s approach unique is how she merges hands-on leadership with data-driven decisions. She tracks analytics, adjusts strategy, and continues to grow her business without compromising her standards.

One of her standout projects is the “Bottle Girl Bootcamp,” where women learn not just how to work—but how to win. “It’s about turning looks into leverage,” Nikki says. “How to move with purpose and build your name.”

But the journey hasn’t been without setbacks. Betrayals from people she trusted and industry pushback didn’t break her—they sharpened her focus.

“I’ve learned not everyone wants to build. Some just want the benefits,” she says. “I’m not here for that. I’m here to lead.”

Nikki’s influence now stretches beyond Atlanta. She’s working on expanding her brand, launching boutique casting services, and developing training for new markets across the country.

Through it all, she’s powered by one thing: her daughter.

“She’s my motivation,” Nikki says. “She’s watching. So I’m showing her how to build something real.”

Nikki Jzo isn’t just curating talent. She’s building a blueprint—for casting, for nightlife, and for women chasing more.
