Dimplesss: Flint’s Unapologetic Voice Turning Pain into Power

Flint, Michigan has always produced artists with grit, but Dimplesss is bringing a whole different level of pressure. Also known as Dimples, the fierce rapper has built her name on confidence, originality, and the kind of energy that demands attention the second she steps on a track. Inspired by icons like Trina, SWV, Salt-N-Pepa, Queen Latifah, and Bad Azz Becky, Dimplesss channels that same fearless attitude into every verse she delivers.

Her sound is pure hardcore hip-hop—bold, unapologetic, and impossible to ignore. Dimplesss doesn’t make records to blend in. She makes them to let the world know exactly who she is: a force to be reckoned with. When she hears the right instrumental, the process comes naturally. That energy is front and center on her latest collaboration, “You Can’t F√€k With Me,” a track she created alongside Drum Majors ATL and Mr. Forest Lee, produced by DJ Suave. The record came together after they reached out because they were drawn to her unique style, and once she heard the beat, she knew she had to jump on it. The chemistry was instant, and it opened the door to several more songs with DJ Suave that are on the way.

Dimplesss is no stranger to making major moves. One of the biggest milestones in her career was collaborating with her favorite female rapper, Bad Azz Becky, on the track “AKA.” More recently, she added another huge feature to her résumé by teaming up with RMC Mike on “Money Go Getter,” along with collaborations with Hyp Wezzy.
