Where are you from?
Philadelphia native. Raised in New
Jersey since the age of 5.
What do you do?
When I’m not creating music, I’m running Vibes Up
Entertainment. I am also an entrepreneur and own
a business consulting company.
How long have you been making music?
Over 20 years I have been creating music in some way. Whether
making beats or writing lyrics I’m always involved in music,
it’s a part of my purpose.
Who’s your biggest inspiration?
My biggest inspiration is The Lox. They came in the industry and
was not afraid to break away when it didn’t feel right. For me
they represent intelligence, boldness, and authenticity.
What genre of music do you create?
Hip-Hop
What was it like working with Crisus?
We worked together before so it was a real smooth process.

I am currently signed to Vibes Up Entertainment. A label I
founded for promoting the power of a positive mindset.
Do you want a record deal, a distribution deal, or none?
A deal would have to extra sweet for me to bite. I’m all
about ownership, legacy, and independence.
Who are your biggest supporters?
My family. My two year old is my biggest fan!
Where did your name come from?
This name came from a spiritual awakening I experienced from
strengthening my spiritual connection. I had a vision of a
golden vibrating light that I felt was a symbol of myself.
Munir Vibes is another way of saying sparkling
vibrations or light energy.
What are you currently working on?
Currently I’m working on my next EP called Delta. Going deeper
into the heart of Munir Vibes. It represents the low, slower
brain waves of a deep relaxing sleep. The Alpha Ep was like
the light sleep or like scratching the surface. Delta waves
occur on a deeper level than Alpha waves. So the Delta EP
is going to be more in depth.
