Inspired by legends like Ski Mask The Slump God, Lil Darkie, DC The Don, and even newer wave artists like Lil Dvrkie, Kartoon doesn’t just rap—he bends sound. Whether it’s rage, trap metal, melodic flows, or lyrical freestyles, there’s no box you can fit him in. And he likes it that way.
When he says “I make music, and live life,” he means it. His music is a mirror of his reality—from jail bars where he learned to write with intention, to stages where he’s rocked crowds of over 200, Kartoon Slumber is grinding with purpose. He’s already got credits with artists like Jasiah and Snackrunner, and he’s building a lane that’s as unpredictable as it is powerful.
But he’s not chasing labels. Kartoon’s eyes are on independence. Distribution deals? Sure. Record deals? “Maybe.” He values control, especially since he writes and directs most of his content—including music videos that match his chaotic, yet creative mind.
With a viral SoundCloud banger “WHISTLE” pulling in over 70K streams in just under a month, and a feature on “MASS DESTRUCTION” with deathxfzetsu, Kartoon’s momentum is undeniable. New EPs and a full album are in the works, and if all goes as planned, expect his next drop on July 4th or July 11th.
His dream stage? Germany. His dream collab? DC The Don. His mission? “Inspire millions if I’m still alive.” That kind of honesty hits hard—and that’s exactly why the streets are starting to listen.
